I received an incorrect monogram. Exemplifying that the seller doesn't double check the orders! I was so disappointed because this was for a party and the seller refused to overnight ship the item that they made incorrectly. I received a new item but very late and missed the event. It would be nice to be more careful when processing. Proceed with caution. Some were also not centered on the tag. I did like the final products for the ones that turned out okay.
