No, artwork is free with purchase. I am happy to change and adjust artwork as many times as you like before proceeding but due to the time and effort it takes to do the graphic design work I can not proceed without a prior purchase.

Bags unfortunately did not ship in time to...

Bags unfortunately did not ship in time to make our event. After reaching out to customer service several times, 1st within 30 hrs of ordering to canceland then another time requesting faster shipping. They didn't answer messages for days afterwards and said it had already shipped when it clearly hadn't been received by the shipping company. They offered a refund of 20% and never issued said refund. Unfortunately this was a very poor experience considering they were in the us and it could have been avoided.
