If you have a lot of graduation gifts, these are the perfect gift! They are useful and all the girls loved them. Customer service was excellent. I forgot to order one and she refunded my shipping cost for that one and sent them all in one order! She also responded very fast. These tags are absolutely adorable and matched my new suitcases perfectly!!! I got so many compliments on them when I used them for our cruise on my luggage. My only concern is possibly the strap wearing down over time—because it feels thin but other than that I love them/everything else feels sturdy!!!
