Everything is made to order and ready to ship within a week. During holidays there may be an additional 3-4 day delay due to closing for major holidays.

Yes, all the products can be personalized and customized to your needs.

I need my order rushed, how fast can you get this to me?

Can I see a mock up or proof before I purchase?

No, artwork is free with purchase. I am happy to change and adjust artwork as many times as you like before proceeding but due to the time and effort it takes to do the graphic design work I can not proceed without a prior purchase.

Great product and great customer service! I placed an order for some bags with the names of my bridesmaids on them. After I placed the order, I requested that their bags also say “bridesmaid” on them. The shop owner was more than happy to do so and they look great!!!
