When will my order ship?

Everything is made to order and ready to ship within a week. During holidays there may be an additional 3-4 day delay due to closing for major holidays.

Are you able to change the language, wording or look of products?

Yes, all the products can be personalized and customized to your needs.

I need my order rushed, how fast can you get this to me?

Please go to the CONTACT page and confirm timing with me. I will let you know if your timing is doable. Usually I am able to accommodate most rush shipments, sometimes even within days of your big day!

Can I see a mock up or proof before I purchase?

No, artwork is free with purchase. I am happy to change and adjust artwork as many times as you like before proceeding but due to the time and effort it takes to do the graphic design work I can not proceed without a prior purchase.
